EVALUATION PRODUCED BY MIKE SULLIVAN ON THE INDIVIDUAL GAME OF RAYNER MOQUETE:
A solid competitor, Rayner is worthy of some division one programs taking a look at his individual game. He's always been a steady guard, never risking the ball in transition, making smart decisions.
PREVIOUS COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: Fordham, Lehigh, Yale, Colgate, Cornell, Columbia, Marist, Quinnipiac, Manhattan, and NJIT.
DECISION: Moquete never enrolled in Miami Dade Community College because he was cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse. Moquete achieved a 3.78 GPA and close to 1000 on the SAT.
His options are these: To find a division one program now and enroll in January. Moquete could also wait until the Fall of next year before finding a school.
Other options include playing right away at junior college, but he would have then three years of eligibility.
Another option is also to go to prep school.
So, due to his academic eligibility, several doors have opened for Moquete.
